an installation of over 50 photographs of work
of all different sizes fixed to the wall with copper tacks

for me, this show was a big turning point. i worked out a lot of ideas that i had been having, for years really, and the process of installing without a real plan of where each image would fall along the wall made the experience more tactile and of the moment. placing them at intervals along the white walls and letting them fit corners and be their own sizes all contributed to a feeling of spontaneous harmony.
